The Red Dragons have added Peterborough forward Jonson Clarke-Harris and Sheffield Wednesday striker Lee Gregory to their transfer wishlist for the winter window, according to Darren Witcoop of the . Goals have not been an issue for the club so far in their League Two journey, however, Paul Mullin's fitness and Ollie Palmer's age have likely prompted them to look for options in the market.

The Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney-owned club have had a very good season in League Two as they sit third in the league, level on points with Mansfield Town in second. They have scored the third most goals behind league leaders Stockport County and Notts County, and look like one of the favourites for promotion to the third tier of English football.
