Haaland scored twice as City thumped Sparta Prague 5-0 in the Champions League on Wednesday evening. One of those goals was a ridiculous back-heel volley, leaving fans stunned. It means that, at the age of 24, he has scored 44 Champions League goals, the same number as Didier Drogba and more than the likes of Neymar and Alessandro Del Piero.

Haaland has some way to go to match the top scorer in Champions League history: Cristiano Ronaldo. The Al-Nassr star netted 141 goals in the competition, and the only other player to crack 100 is Lionel Messi, who scored 129. Robert Lewandowski now has 97 goals after scoring for Barcelona in their 4-1 thumping of Bayern Munich.
