Players can find 16 Hot Springs in Ghost of Yotei, and each of them will reward Atsu with an increase to her maximum health. All Yotei Grasslands Hot Springs in Ghost of Yotei
1 – Horizon View Hot Spring
Horizon View Hot Spring is located in the very south region of the Yotei Grasslands. Players will want to head past their home and past Lake Kuttara, where, just before the coast on the mountain range, they’ll find this Hot Spring. Players will be required to climb down to it, but it’s not a hard climb once you follow the golden bird.
2 – Yotei's Shadow Hot Spring
Yotei’s Shadow Hot Spring is located in the west region of the Yotei Grasslands, just underneath the Shikotsu Woods. Players can find this Hot Spring underneath the “W” in “Woods” on the map, and from there, it’s just a straight walk.
3 – Wild Clearing Hot Spring
The Wild Clearing Hot Spring is in the north region of the Yotei Grasslands, just before the Maw of the Serpent on the map. Follow the Nupur River and take a right to find a mountain wall that you can climb, and continue climbing to find these peaceful Hot Springs.
4 – Hidden Cliff Hot Spring
The Hidden Cliff Hot Spring is located in the north west area of the Yotei Grasslands, on the way to Ishikari Plain. Players can find the Hidden Cliff Hot Spring in the Golden Foothills, where they will need to climb the left side of the waterfall to reach the hidden paradise spot.

5 – Bear Rock Hot Spring
Head north of the Ishikari River to locate the Bear Rock Hot Spring. This Hot Spring is located on a mountain in the Ishikari Plain, so just follow it around until you find the entrance. Keep to the left of the mountain to find a cliff that you can swing across with your grapple hook, and then continue to climb across to reach the Hot Spring at the top.
6 – Kappa's Hot Spring
Just north of the Oni Breath Inn within the Urara Forest is the Kappa’s Hot Spring. This Hot Spring is just above the second “R” and “A” in “Urara”, and it’s set within the open forest marked with some oni masks in the trees.
7 – Smoky Mountains Hot Spring
Head to the far north east region of Ishikari Plain to reach the White Deer Woodlands. You’ll find a cliff face that can be climbed. Follow around to the left to grapple upwards, and you’ll quickly reach the top that contains this desirable Hot Spring.
8 – Cloud View Hot Spring
At the very north region of Ishikari Plain is the Cloud View Hot Spring. Players will need to follow the north west region and through the end of the Rumoi River to reach the mountain face, where they can then climb up the rocks present to reach the top. It’s a steep climb, but just follow the climbable surfaces marked with white paint and grapple across the tree branches. Once you reach the top, the Hot Spring will be in view.
All Tokachi Range Hot Springs in Ghost of Yotei
9 – Quiet Valley Hot Spring
Within the west region of Tokachi Range, players can find the Quiet Valley Hot Spring. This Hot Spring is easily found just north of the Ohara Plains between the Ubari Lake and Huranui Cliffs.
10 – Grassy Field Hot Spring
Venture north in the Tokachi Range region to find the Grassy Fields Hot Spring. This Hot Spring is located just west of Boar’s Eye Cave, and to the east of the last “R” in “Nupur River”.
All Nayoro Wilds Hot Springs in Ghost of Yotei
11 – Cave Path Hot Spring
Once you’ve taken a boat ride to Nayoro Wilds in the hunt for the Kitsune, you will be able to explore the region. For this single Hot Spring, you’ll just need to head west of the Iwor Woods to reach teh Iwor Mountains. Directly west of this region is a grapple point you can climb up, and then a linear path to follow by climbing the rocks on the mountain’s face. Continue on the path through the slumped tree bridge and further up the mountain until you reach a cave. Once you’re inside the cave, take a sharp right and continue on this path to find the Hot Spring waiting for you up above the final climb.
All Teshio Ridge Hot Springs in Ghost of Yotei
12 – Red Crane Inn Hot Spring
Once you finally reach Teshio Ridge, head to the Red Crane Inn. You’ll be able to find this Hot Spring within a building just to the left of the Inn, past the main gate, and you simply need to speak to the settler here to take a bath.
13 – Black Bowl Hot Spring
Head west of the Red Crane Inn to find the Crimson Forest, where deep inside and past the “C” in “Crimson”, you’ll find the Black Bowl Hot Spring. It’s in a snowy range and you’ll have to follow along the steep mountain to find a climbable wall, but it’s only a short one.
14 – Valley View Hot Spring
The Valley View Hot Spring can be located once players head north west of the region into Sarobetsu Lake. Continue heading north to reach the Valley View Hot Spring, but be mindful of the climb required, even if it is a short one that requires you to go up, across a tree brach, and up some more.
All Oshima Coast Hot Springs in Ghost of Yotei
15 – Distant Castle Hot Spring
After The Kitsune and The Oni, you’ll be able to travel south to the Oshima Coast with your allies for The Dragon & The Spider. Once you’re in the Oshima Coast region, head to the east, where just north east of the Tokuyama Hills is this Hot Spring. However, you’ll notice the stairs to reach it are damaged. Instead, head to the starting area of the stairs and hug the wall to the left to find a gap in the wall that will allow you access to the Hot Spring.
16 – Cliff View Hot Spring
Head to the far east of Castle Matsumae into the Shojin Hills. Underneath the “H” of “Shojin” is a mountain you can climb, and you’ll want to look left to find another climbable surface and a grapple point, just before the destroyed bridge, to grab this Hot Spring.
What Happens After You Get All Hot Springs?
Once you’ve rested at all 16 Hot Springs, you will be awarded the Fundoshi Outfit. This outfit cannot be upgraded, but it comes with the following special effect: At the cost of warmth, running and sprinting no longer create noise. The Fundoshi Outfit allows you to remain in total stealth while running.
