Sarofim is said to have a personal wealth of over $3.7bn (£2.7bn) but his money is not going directly into the club and is instead going into Roundhouse. They are continuing to search for sources of investment and are aiming to recruit specialists in their respective fields ahead of the opening of Everton's new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.
